摘要: Provided is a method for preparing spinning solution of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, which comprises mixing dissolved with swollen at ratio 0.42˜2.85, to obtain content the being 10%˜15% by weight; in 10%˜50% and 2.5˜70. Since functions plasticize solution, problem high viscosity well addressed, thus ensuring that has good fluidity continuity, avoiding broken filament breakage from occurring subsequent process, so as prepare fiber performance.
