摘要: The great agricultural and environmental importance of legumes, plus the ability their rhizosphere system is able to harbour symbionts other associated microbes relevance plant productivity, make legumes target crops in sustainable agriculture. Current developments ecology, physiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, biotechnology microbe-plant relationships have given new insights into understanding formation functioning tripartite arbuscular-mycorrhizal nitrogen-fixing symbioses interactions with PGPR. Although technology for production rhizobial free-living PGPR commercially available, AM fungi inocula development inoculation techniques limited manipulation fungi. However, current practices now allow efficient AM-fungal inoculants. Therefore, an appropriate management selected fungi, rhizobia, available technique exploiting benefits these microorganisms agriculture, horticulture, revegetation degraded ecosystems.
