The psychology of energy efficiency labels: Trust, involvement, and attitudes towards energy performance certificates in Ireland

摘要: Abstract Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) aim to inform owners, occupiers, tenants, real estate agents and other relevant groups about the energy efficiency of buildings. Although house buyers renters often recognize these certificates, they do not use them. One explanation for this is lack trust in certificates.
