What is the Current Knowledge About the Cardiovascular Risk for Users of Cannabis-Based Products? A Systematic Review

摘要: The purpose of the study was to examine published evidence on cardiovascular risk related use cannabis-based products by performing a systematic review recent literature. World Health Organization (WHO) emphasizes that cannabis represents risky behavior as it may lead many adverse effects, and in particular, effects. A articles between January 1, 2011 May 31, 2016 performed agreement with PRISMA statement. Articles presenting data humans exposed suffering from any condition were eligible for inclusion. inclusion process based search algorithm blinded standardized manner. Overall, 826 found literature search, 115 which remained after procedure. These 81 case reports, 29 observational studies, 3 clinical trials, 2 experimental studies. total 116 individuals subject reports. mean age 31 years (95%CI = 29–34), patients more frequently men (81.9%) than women (18.1%). They mainly suffered ischemic strokes or myocardial infarctions. Data provided included studies evidenced an association exposure disease. Currently, this is stronger other diseases. While are limited, there some suggestion have negative consequences, particularly at large doses.
