摘要: The feasibility of using the He‐α line Cu XXVIII at 8.394 keV to pump 8.410‐keV nuclear transition from ground level (3/2)+ in 169Tm is examined a collisional‐radiative‐equilibrium plasma atomic model. Numerical calculations power output are presented for various density, temperature, and size conditions both laser‐imploded Z‐pinch plasmas. interplay between opacity broadening, radiating surface area overcoming 16 eV difference energies analyzed.
