摘要: Constitutive activation of the transcription factor nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) plays a major role in inflammatory diseases as well cancer by inducing endogenous expression many proinflammatory proteins such chemokines, and facilitating escape from apoptosis. The constitutive chemokines CXCL1 has been correlated with growth, angiogenesis, metastasis cancers melanoma. is regulated through interactions NF-κB other transcriptional regulatory molecules poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase-1 (PARP-1) cAMP response element binding protein (CREB)-binding (CBP). It proposed that these two interact enhancers to form an enhanceosome at promoter region modulate transcription. In addition positive cofactors, negative regulator, CAAT displacement (CDP), may also be involved regulation CXCL1. postulated elevated melanomas due altered interaction between molecules. CDP down-regulates transcription, whereas PARP and/or CBP enhance Thus, elucidation interplay components this gene important finding more efficient new therapies for conditions acute chronic diseases.
