摘要: Any activity in a computer-supported cooperative working environment produces set of traces. In collaborative context, such traces may be very voluminous and heterogeneous. They reflect all the interactive actions among actors themselves between system. This paper examines what is required to study context (CWE). The objective propose definition different kinds build model for classifying analyzing interactions with respect both individual needs group needs. CWE types can divided into two categories: Collaborative Traces Private Traces. As basis our model, Trace represents shared personal experiences filtered improve work. For practical applications, we validate using E-MEMORAe2.0 platform.
