摘要: A great part of the effort in study coarse-grained models transcription networks concentrates on their dynamical features. In this Letter, we consider equilibrium properties, showing that backbone underlying dynamic descriptions is an optimization problem. It involves N variables, gene expression levels, and M constraints, effects transcriptional regulation. case Boolean variables investigate structure solutions derive phase diagrams. Notably, model exhibits a connectivity transition between regime simple control, where input genes control O(1) other genes, complex some core O(N) others.
