摘要: A method for letting a temporary radio base station (RBS, 140) gain and maintain control of the traffic targeted RBS (120) in system (100), where RBS's transmit an identity signal list candidate frequencies use by user terminals when switching RBS. The (140) is positioned or adjacent to (120), transmits on frequency (120). transmissions are at such power level that transferred (140). whose on, has been cannot find signals with sufficient strength any frequencies.
