摘要: Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was applied to the proximal end of severed lingual nerve distal where it joined by chorda tympani in 15 female guinea pigs. Labeled cells were seen lateral reticular formation dorsal facial nucleus along medial edge spinal V. These aligned vertically and partially within fibers which emerging from lying ventrally. HRP-reactive axons also among coursing dorsomedially toward genu nerve. results demonstrated for first time locus superior salivatory pig consistent with anatomical previously reported other species. In addition, labeled indicated that became incorporated immediately its origin.
