摘要: A new route has been developed for preparing polyaniline (PANI) layered double hydroxide (LDH) nanocomposites through in situ chemical oxidative polymerization of metanilic anions (m-NH2C6H4SO3–) intercalated NiAl LDHs under a nitrogen atmosphere by using pre-intercalated nitrate as an oxidizing agent. The interlayer space used original nanoreactor the monomer. whole process involves synthesis precursor LDH [Ni2Al (OH)6(NO3)·nH2O], intercalation monomer into and its between layers thermal treatment atmosphere. reaction was monitored thermogravimetric analysis (TG), differential (DTA), mass spectrometry (MS), UV/Vis absorption spectroscopy, X-ray near edge structure (XANES) high-temperature diffraction (HT-XRD) Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. spectra provide evidence anions, increase distance from 16.0 to 17.2 is observed HT-XRD. It found techniques that act agent induces upon heating at 300 °C. orientation product also proposed.(© Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, 69451 Weinheim, Germany, 2006)
