摘要: Purpose – The main purpose of this paper is to identify factors affecting the adoption Web 2.0 tools by librarians academic libraries located in Hamedan, Iran. Design/methodology/approach Methodologically, survey applied using a descriptive approach. statistical population was 47 and college Hamedan (Iran). tool used for data gathering questionnaire made based on relevant literature as well authors' standpoint. It consists 39 questions under ten broad factors. collected were analyzed with SPSS (version 16). Findings Totally, identified. most effective are job conditions, changeability, skills, competitiveness, saving time.
