摘要: Rats subjected to unilateral ablation of the motor cortex and placed on a narrow beam displayed transient contralateral paresis. An immediate enduring acceleration recovery was produced by single dose d-amphetamine given 24 hours after injury. This effect blocked haloperidol or restraining animals for 8 beginning immediately amphetamine administration. A injury markedly slowed recovery. also animals.
