摘要: The stress in family members of individuals with chronic mental or somatic health conditions may be great, and interferes healthy adaptation their families. Interventions that address these systemic factors beneficial. Mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) are effective helping living conditions. However, most MBIs directed towards the condition. We present research showing individual mindfulness improves relational functioning,mindful parenting child outcomes, mindful partners positively affect partner's wellbeing. Regulating relations appears an important underlying mechanism. conclude target system not just a condition, relations, deserve place care.
