摘要: Kawasaki disease is an acute febrile illness of childhood that affects usually children younger than 5 years age. The diagnosis based on typical clinical features. Atypical or incomplete forms can be observed in almost 20% patients and at onset a challenge leading to diagnostic therapeutic delays with higher risk coronary abnormalities. We report the case 13-year-old boy who presented cholestasis, abdominal pain early anomalies was diagnosed disease. findings our were age, presentation timing appearance anomalies. A high index suspicion should maintained presenting cholestatic jaundice.
