摘要: Kawasaki disease is an acute febrile illness of childhood that affects usually children younger than 5 years age. The diagnosis based on typical clinical features. Atypical or incomplete forms can be observed in almost 20% patients and at onset a challenge leading to diagnostic therapeutic delays with higher risk coronary abnormalities.
