摘要: Abstract A conceptual model of BIM-based design and refurbishment, based on pre-built indicators allowing the assessment building energy demand eco-building parameters, is presented. The new approach presented in this creates a knowledge-based decision-making environment for refurbishment strategies quality control, way creating preconditions to bridge gap between expected actual performance. with integration optimization subsystems enables management processes. For comprehensive evaluation measures, it suggested include efficiency, eco-efficiency, economic parameters.
