摘要: Abstract Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are reported to play a significant role in various malignant tumors, yet their potential functions gastric cancer not clear. In this study, we found novel lncRNA, named TONSL-AS1, was downregulated tissues and cell lines compared with the normal. TONSL-AS1 inhibited migration, invasion proliferation SGC‐7901, MGC‐803 cells. Furthermore, could suppress tumorigenesis vivo. Mechanistically, TONSL-AS1's genomic neighboring gene TONSL, which as tumor gene, upregulated by TONSL. Additionally, positively associated TONSL tissues. Our study revealed that tumor-inhibiting effect of cells general, our results indicated works suppressor may be new therapeutic target for cancer.
