摘要: A new electrochemical biosensor based on the human serum albumin/graphene oxide/3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane modified indium tin oxide electrode (ITO/APTES/GO/HSA) has been developed for discrimination of tryptophan (Trp) enantiomers. The characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and techniques. The behaviors enantiomeric pairs (D- L-Trp) at ITO/APTES/GO/HSA have investigated cyclic voltammetry in concentration range 0.10-1.0 mM. clear separation between oxidation peak potentials D- L-Trp, 0.86 1.26 V, respectively, suggested that can be used as an Trp enantiomers. In order to find percentage form a mixture, is simultaneous detection L-Trp which showed one easily measured presence other.
