摘要: Abstract Future energy systems need to synthesize a mix of solutions reduce spending and CO 2 emissions. The NZEXD (net-zero exergy district) target can guide districts in better using the useful work potential (exergy) resources. This paper develops four step analysis approach bring closer two net-zero targets: NZCED compound emissions district). Step 1 requires modeling initial status. involves matches district its system. 3 considers scenarios based on decision-making tools REMM (Rational Exergy Management Model) Analysis Tool multi-criteria index. 4 finalizes selection scenario start implementation. steps are applied second phase Ostra Sala backe Uppsala, Sweden that will host 20,000 people by 2030. concludes with proposal for phase. system configuration has an load 88.4 GWh, status 1.8 GWh, of −7.6 Gton. results IEA (International Energy Agency) Annex 64 assisting local decision-makers integrate into plans support transition.
