摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery device for vaporization heat which stabilizes the flow rate of liquefied gas supplied to exchanger and efficiently preforms exchange while preventing freezing water or brine.SOLUTION: The includes first bypass channel L3 with adjusting valve 41 interposed adjust flowing into by changing degree opening according supply situation brine performance exchanger, thereby in deviation stably recover cold heat.
