摘要: An aqueous solution of acetylacetone (2 M, pH 8.0) in combination with ultrasonic treatment, was used for the extraction organic sulphur (S) from soils. Between 80–100% total soil extracted and proportions S occurring hydriodic acid (HI)-reducible forms were similar to those determined whole soils. Schemes developed fractionation using gel permeation chromatography, either on its own or conventional separation fractions into humic fulvic acids. The procedures examine present (a) paired samples arable pasture soils, (b) a mineral compared peat (c) recently incorporated labelled 35S. There appeared be no consistent major differences between concentrations various matter In all these 75% more fraction molecular weight (MW) nominally ⪢ 200,000 Da, HI-reducible forms. For MW < proportion much greater acid. A stepwise revealed considerable amounts individual fractions. both soils forms, increased increasing MW. Recently 35S found molecules across range (10,000 1 × 106Da). However, distinct low fraction, relatively high concentration, have formed during incorporation procedure.
