摘要: We present a novel level set technique for shape reconstruction in history matching non-conventional reservoirs. These reservoirs consist of several regions with different materials, e.g., shale or sand. The goal is to use the production data order estimate unknown shapes and structure these reservoir. Mathematically, we formulate this situation as an inverse problem non-compressible two-phase flow equation, describing propagation oil water (which our case either sand shale) are represented by function which needs be determined from data. numerical results 2D demonstrate that method able provide reliable estimates relatively few even though topology a-priori unknown.
