摘要: To establish an immortalized lacrimal gland epithelial cell line, the orbital glands of normal New Zealand White rabbits were multiply injected with immortalizing amphotropic retroviral vector (LXSN16E6E7) containing E6 and E7 genes human papillomavirus type 16. Lacrimal removed after 2 d acinar cells isolated cultured on Matrigel-coated 60 mm2 plates DMEM-F12 supplemented 5% Nu-serum V. Transformed selected in G418 sulfate for 7 passaged. Morphology was similar to that described both vivo vitro, rough endoplasmic reticulum secretory granules.
