摘要: The enlargement of the European Union has triggered exchange spatial planning practices between East and West. Particularly on level policy instruments, intervention side spectrum, Western experts have been actively exporting their knowledge to new candidate member states. This seems logical in light many similarities old states, such as common history, similar land tenure concepts, characteristics challenges, course EU context which governance is embedded.
