摘要: This paper explores important characteristics of multiple-input converters (MIC) serving as a power electronic interface for renewable energy applications. Advantages MICs are explained through an example with photovoltaic (PV) system. Feasible MIC topologies applications discussed and classified into four different families. According to their configurations, each family is suggested certain Furthermore, possible operating issues MICs, such relatively low efficiency, also discussed. Design considerations extending MIC's voltage step-up ratio achieving maximum point tracking on all PV sources commented. Issues in modeling control discussed, showing that it when evaluating closed-loop stability consider nonlinear time-varying both the MIC. synthesis multivariable controller achieves quadratically stabilization satisfies H ∞ pole-placement constraints reviewed, too.
