摘要: This paper demonstrates how an application of GIS-based Multi-Criteria Analysis could be efficiently used to support humanitarian demining operations and restoration mine-contaminated areas. The financial shortage usually triggers a need for priority setting in the mine removal process. overview validates Multi Criteria (MCA) as capable tool within action management. A combination GIS analysis multicriteria method is applied set priorities order optimally reduce risk caused by mines. outlined powerful aggregation information analysis. It also shown that coupled GIS-MCA model very efficient both functional connection between hierarchic decision levels determination objective priorities. Besides MCA will demonstrate development Web&GIS-based MCA. By integration with web, process become fully transparent since stakeholders donors are able actively join making using on-line web application.
