摘要: Streaming multimedia content to heterogeneous handheld devices in an real environment, under power, bandwidth and load constraints is a significant design challenge, due the various capabilities of these real-time character streaming workloads. A unified framework that integrates low level architectural optimizations, OS power-saving mechanisms adaptive middleware techniques can provide improvements both system performance user experience. In this paper, we present such integrated investigate trade-offs involved managing distributed, system, while meeting imposed by environment maintaining acceptable QoS levels for each client. We demonstrate how framework, which supports tight coupling inter-level parameters enhance experience on devices.
