摘要: Abstract From the centre outwards, novel all-solid-state ammonium ion-selective electrode was composed of a silver wire as substrate, covered with conductive polyaniline (PANI), copolymer aniline/2,5-dimethoxyaniline (CPANI) and ion selective membrane (ISM) layers. PANI formed in-situ on Ag by cyclic voltammetry method, scanned from 0 to 0.45 V in 0.1 M aniline hydrochloride solution, then dipped N,N-Dimethyl formamide (DMF) solution CPANI ISM sequentially. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation revealed that cross-linked slabs about 0.3–2.5 μm length 0.3–0.6 μm thickness. Under SEM, micro particles filled slabs. Bulk impedance transducer between 100 200 Ω, much lower than poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) based previous work. Fabrication procedures, micro-structure, common resolvability DMF were all essential for reducing cross-boundary resistance. Linear response range 10−4–10−1 M, Nernst slope 54.20–56.59 mV/decade. potential drifts each decade ±0.5 mV within 400 s. time less 1 s lifetime three months. electrodes used test waste water pH value 2.6 10.1, testing results agreement those obtained titration method Nessler’s reagent colorimetry method. proposed this paper is suitable monitoring NH4+ content environment wide value.
