摘要: Taking advantage of the recent breakthroughs in accelerator technology and natural flexibility subcritical systems, Accelerator-driven Transmutation Waste (ATW) concept offers United States other countries possibility to essentially eliminate plutonium, higher actinides, environmentally hazardous fission products from waste stream destined for permanent storage.
