摘要: The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) utilizes training as a major component support it provides to its member countries in Africa. In past, stand-alone events targeting individual actors were norm. However, an external evaluation indicated that this type scores low terms sustainability. FAO has recently adopted more sustainable approach learning part new corporate capacity development. Drawing on four recent experiences implemented Africa from 2010 2014, paper discusses concept sustainability FAO's operations, looking at extent which both results processes are transferred country and/or regional organizations. Lessons learned presented for consideration design delivery future activities
