摘要: Lymphomas are neoplasms caused by clonal proliferation of lymphoid cells. The neoplastic clone acquires survival advantage and escapes normal regulatory mechanism as a consequence gained genetic changes. These include mutations translocations affecting the genome cell and, sometimes, additional material introduced infectious agents such viruses. changes their phenotypic consequences have been one important determinants current lymphoma classifications risk stratification in B-cell lymphoma.
