摘要: The anti-obesity activity of the water extract soy milk fermented with Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. NTU 101 (W101) was investigated. A high-fat diet (HFD) used to induce obesity in rats, and effects daily W101 feeding (8 weeks) were observed. rats fed HFD supplemented low-dose (LW101, 15 mg per kg body weight day) or high-dose (HW101, 150 had significantly reduced final comparison that group. decreased formation lipid plaques aorta, adipocyte cross-sectional area diameter, levels CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein β (C/EBPβ), peroxisome proliferator associated receptor γ (PPARγ), C/EBPα. Regarding lipogenesis regulation adipocytes, suppressed heparin-releasable lipoprotein lipase (HR-LPL) adipose tissues inhibited absorption, thereby reducing lipogenesis. 101-fermented may be develop health foods prevent obesity.
