Preparation of PbLa2(MoO4)4:Er3+/Yb3+ particles via microwave sol–gel route and upconversion photoluminescence properties

摘要: Abstract PbLa 2− x (MoO 4 ) :Er 3+ /Yb phosphors with doping concentrations of Er and Yb ( =Er +Yb , =0.05, 0.1, 0.2 =0.2, 0.45) were successfully synthesized via microwave sol–gel route, upconversion photoluminescence properties investigated. Well-crystallized particles, formed after heat-treatment at 900 °C for 16 h, showed a fine homogeneous morphology particle sizes 2–5 μm. Under excitation 980 nm, 1.7 0.1 1.5 0.05 0.45 particles exhibited strong 525 nm emission band, medium 550 nm band in the green region, very weak 655 nm red region. The Raman spectra doped indicated presence peaks higher lower frequencies induced by disordered structures incorporation ions into crystal lattice, which resulted unit cell shrinkage accompanying highly modulated structure anion deficient MoO 4− group.
