摘要: Objective: To test the hypothesis that repeat IVF cycles (after a cycle with failed implantation of good quality embryos) are more likely to be successful following saline hysteroscopy as compared CO2 hysteroscopy, even in absence evident intrauterine pathology Study Design: Randomized controlled trial Setting: El-Doaa Hospital Centre and Haya Centre, Cairo, Egypt Subjects Methods: 172 patients prior history cycle(s) after transfer embryos, were randomized have either (group 1) or 2) before commencing new Main Outcome Measures: Pregnancy live birth rates followed diagnostic Results: There was statistically significant difference rate chemical pregnancy favour group (33 / 77 vs. 23 77, p = 0.013), well clinical pregnancies diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasonography (30 21 0.021). The incidence twin triplet also higher 1 (6 sets twins 2 triplets 1, 4 set 2). Summing up these figures, it found 39 babies born for out 175 embryos transferred, 25 177 transferred (p 0.002), which highly significant. Conclusion: We recommend use rather than investigate endometrial cavities failure. Besides its value has already been established, probably therapeutic well.
