摘要: The effects of vasoconstrictors on membrane potential endothelium intact rat aorta were investigated using the patch-clamp technique. Norepinephrine, endothelin (ET)-1, 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), vasopressin, and angiotensin II evoked depolarization oscillations in potential. alpha 1-adrenoreceptor agonist phenylephrine (PE), but not 2-agonist clonidine or beta-agonist isoproterenol, oscillations. antagonist 5-HT2-receptors, ketanserin, inhibited 5-HT-evoked ET-3, unlike ET-1, did evoke antagonists voltage-operated Ca2+ channels, nifedipine verapamil, vasoconstrictor-evoked oscillations, channel BAY K 8644 enhanced Acetylcholine sodium nitroprusside PE-evoked inhibitors NO synthase, N omega-nitro-L-arginine NG-methyl-L-arginine, as well methylene blue, intima with was removed from underlying smooth muscle. In this preparation, acetylcholine a response similar to that vessel, PE ET-1 without effect. These data suggest acting receptors aortic muscle is transferred evokes endothelial
