摘要: Abstract A kinetic description of the process formation a new phase with well-defined ratio different components in multi-component solid solution arbitrary composition is developed. The described terms cluster and growth conceptual framework classical nucleation theory. Hereby relation between rates aggregation dissolution aggregates evolving determined, however, by method as applied theory avoiding controversial introduction so-called equilibrium distribution functions application principle detailed balancing for clusters supercritical sizes. Growth steady state are derived diffusion-limited modes well more general case, that both transport processes primary units to determine macroscopic rate.
