摘要: Oxidoreductases are an emerging class of biotechnologically relevant enzymes due to their regio- and stereo-specificity. The selective oxygenation aromatic compounds by oxidoreductases has received much attention a wide range reactions have been documented using these from various microbial sources. This review gives overview dioxygenase, monooxygenase oxidase that manipulated for the synthesis products such as cis-dihydrodiols, catechols, epoxides other oxygenated products. use protein engineering its advancement in recombinant is also discussed.
