摘要: Objective To conduct a meta-analysis of the literature on peri-operative outcomes both robot-assisted partial nephrectomy (RAPN) and laparoscopic (LPN). Materials Methods An electronic database search MEDLINE, EMBASE, Google Scholar Cochrane Library was performed for publications up to 8 January 2013. All studies comparing RAPN with LPN were included. The outcome measures demographic results, including operating time, warm ischaemia blood loss, length hospital stay, conversion rates, positive surgical margins complications. A results conducted. Results A total 766 patients included, 425 in group 341 group. There no significant difference between two groups any variables (age: P = 0.89; sex: 0.31; malignant pathology: 0.54; tumour size: 0.99; laterality: 0.06). There regarding times (P 0.75), estimated loss rates 0.52), 0.61), complications 0.27) or stay 0.27), but had significantly shorter than 0.01; weighted mean difference: −3.65; 95% confidence interval, −6.46 −0.83). Conclusion This shows that provides equivalent those LPN, added advantage time.
