摘要: Abstract The Raman spectrum of InSe was taken at room temperature and liquid nitrogen temperature. We found that the TO (199 cm −1 ) LO (212 modes, together with their overtones combinations 400, 416 423 disappeared lower temperatures. attribute vanishing these modes low temperatures to a change phase from ϵ β polytype.
