摘要: Lymphocyte plasma membrane was isolated from minced pig mesenteric lymph node by differential centrifugation and centrifuging through a sucrose density gradient. The yield of approx. 0.1% (dry wt. relative to wet node). purified material had 1.14g/cm(3) consisted mainly smooth vesicles. fraction contained, apart protein lipid, 59mug carbohydrate, 11mug sialic acid 28mug RNA/mg protein; no DNA detected. cholesterol/phospholipid molar ratio 1.01. Specific activities (mumol product/h per mg protein) 5'-nucleotidase, succinate dehydrogenase, phosphatase glucose 6-phosphatase were 10.1, 0, 0.51 0.30 respectively. vesicles aggregated an antiserum against lymphocytes adsorbed the agglutinins whole present in antiserum; 28 times as effective cells (on dry basis) removing lympho-agglutinins. Antisera agglutinated lymphocytes. It is concluded that preparation represents small thymocytes using same procedure. Its properties similar those lymphocyte membrane.
