摘要: Ciliates constitute an important trophic link in aquatic environments, because they are essential food sources for zooplankton and fish. In this study, the spatial differences abundance composition of ciliate communities relation to varying water salinity were investigated. The study was conducted large, brackish, eutrophic lakes Gardno Łebsko. studied lakes, no significant among identified sampling sites. Ciliate Lake Łebsko characterized by a high contribution tintinnids, with mean values at particular sites between 32% 36%. Gardno, where lower, importance tintinnid ciliates increased after marine intrusion into lake. both tintinnids higher than adjacent fresh waters. Shortly wind-driven intrusions waters (backwaters), brackish mixotrophic Mesodinium rubrum observed lakes. Once, eastern part Łebsko, major (= forma major) strong backwater when reached 5.4 PSU.
