摘要: Within the framework of a study homeless men in university town Tubingen southern Germany, prevalence psychiatric disorders and existing help-seeking behavior, among other things, were to be recorded. A total 151 belonging target group identified; 91 them participated study. Besides diagnosis, registered data included psychopathology, cognitive capacity, social functioning satisfaction with life, as well history case history. Of probands, 73% suffering from at least one ongoing disorder (diagnosed according ICD-10 DSM-IV), primarily alcohol dependence (74%) drug (34 %), 26% an anxiety disorder, 15% affective 11 % schizophrenic spectrum.
