摘要: The influence of disorder at the dielectric constant, as well position absorption edge in CdP2 has been investigated. constant and optical for samples with a high concentration cadmium phosphorus vacancies doped by zinc have obtained. It was shown that tailored properties can be achieved variation structural studied CdP2.
