摘要: Glyphosate is a very important herbicide that widely used in the agriculture, and thus exposure of humans to this substance its metabolites has been noted. The purpose study was assess DNA damage (determination single double strand-breaks by comet assay) as well evaluate methylation (global p16 (CDKN2A) p53 (TP53) promoter regions) human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) exposed glyphosate. PBMCs were incubated with compound studied at concentrations ranging from 0.1 10 mM for 24 h. shown glyphosate induced lesions, which effectively repaired. However, unable repair completely We also observed decrease global level 0.25 mM 0.5 mM increased methylation, while it did not induce statistically significant changes promoter. To sum up, we have first time (at high 0.5 10 mM) may leucocytes such cause cells.
