摘要: Many strains of zebrafish (Danio rerio) are readily available. Earlier we observed differences between AB and Tupfel long-fin (TL) larvae regarding baseline hypothalamus-pituitary-interrenal (HPI) axis activity (neuro)development. Light regimes, i.e. 14 h light:10 dark 24 continuous or light, affect hatching rate larval growth. Here, assessed transcript abundance HPI-axis-related genes (neuro)development-related TL (5 days post fertilisation) using these light regimes. A principal component analysis revealed that in the expression was higher more hours while under than both dark. In larvae, a complex pattern emerged genes. These data extend earlier studies by showing regimes gene-expression importantly so, strengthen notion strain. The latter finding adds to growing database phenotypical
