摘要: Mit der Entwicklung geeigneter Mesmethoden konnten die bedeutenden interindividuellen Unterschiede in den unter klinischen Bedingungen erhaltenen Plasmaspiegel von Neuroleptika und ihrer Metabolite bei Patienten nachgewiesen werden. Zahlreiche Labors haben inzwischen routinemasige Bestimmung zur Therapieuberwachung eingefuhrt (Dahl et al. 1986; Baldessarini 1988, Axelsson 1990, Heininger Sieberns 1992).
