摘要: The term Islamic economics, and thus economies, was coined by Pakistani social thinker Sayyid Abul A’la Maududi in the late 1940s, it originates from teachings of Koran. popularized through voluminous writings inspired later contributions to literature on economies. This alternative approach economics meant act as a vehicle for regenerating authority domain where followers were increasingly falling under influence Western ideas patterns behavior. By replacing economic approaches with an paradigm, hoped restore community’s self-respect improve cohesion (Kuran 1995, p. 156).
