摘要: The subject disclosure is directed towards a background transfer service that provides platform-level support for third party applications to queue data transfers run in the background, including when application not running foreground. Applications may thus perform downloading and uploading tasks background; however manages requests so as limit each application's ability interfere with foreground operations, is, by controlling resource usage according one or more policies.
