摘要: Aim  Difficulties in neurocognition and social interaction are the most prominent causes of morbidity long-term disability children with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1). Symptoms attention-deficit–hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) have also been extensively recognized NF1. However, systematic evaluation symptoms autism spectrum (ASD) NF1 has limited. Method  We present a retrospective, cross-sectional study prevalence ASD ADHD their relationship consecutive series 66 patients from our clinic. The Social Responsiveness Scale Vanderbilt Diagnostic Parent Rating were used to assess ADHD. Results  Sixty-six participants (42 males, 24 females) included this study. Mean age at assessment was 10 years 11 months (SD 5y 4mo). Forty percent sample had raised symptom levels reaching clinical significance on (T ≥ 60), 14% reached consistent those seen ASDs (T ≥ 75). These not explained by disease severity or externalizing/internalizing behavioral disorders. There statistically significant between (χ2=9.11, df=1, p=0.003, φ=0.56). Particularly salient relationships attention hyperactivity deficits, impairments awareness motivation. Interpretation  found that population raised, previous reports. Further characterization specific impact daily function is fundamental development implementation effective interventions population, which will probably include combination medical approaches.
