摘要: In the field of education, existence gender differences in verbal and math abilities is essential research question continues to be one most important issues. The present study examined equivalence measurement structure for male female group using data from a statewide assessment program. sample used was randomly drawn whole test population, consisting 151,077 males 196,074 females. Four different structured models were tested examine innate academic performance. results confirmatory factor analysis show that difference structures across groups quite large. Therefore, it reasonable conclude English ability not invariant groups. Limitations implications are presented at end this study.
